Relocating? Let me be your guide

Moving to a new area can push someone to their mental limits, without mixing in the daunting task of searching for a place for your family plus finding a Realtor you can trust. At Capital One Group, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by going through a very specific checklist to help you efficiently narrow your options.

When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to view. Naturally, that's too many houses to see first hand if you're on a short visit from out of town! I will help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 houses, with these things in mind:

• Arrive into town with two lists: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can obviously take it out of the list.
• Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, know your pre-approved amount beforehand so we can eliminate homes which exceed your budget.
• What length of a commute are you willing to make each day to your job and other interests? Traffic in the Boca Raton area could be different than your current location, so let me know your limits regarding drive-time, and I'll find homes within that radius.

Before we meet in person, I could send you my picks for possible homes. Or you may already have some strong possibilities based on your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is helpful, there's nothing like walking through homes in person. Let me set up any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. If we work efficiently, we could tour 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
